Three years back, Mojalefa figured that the life of unemployment and struggle to get a job was just not in his dreams. He noticed how many people battled to build their own homes from scratch. He saw with his brother how he struggled to get an affordable house plan, struggled to buy material and aslo struggled to get a construction company he can trust.
Mojalefa figured he could use his architectural skill, diploma in civil engineering & quantity surveying experience to help many like his brother. In September of 2014, Mojalefa sold his first house plan to a very happy client which was followed by many more clients who continued to use his services.
Three years later Mojalefa is running a growing company with more than three housing projects running at the same time, of which one of the projects is stationed in eastern cape. This growing company is called C-Water Construction, which currently has over 20 employees with two executive members:
