You can request deletion of your biZz'it account and associated personal data at any time.
This page explains how to submit a request, what we delete, and what you should expect afterward.

Account deletion request and include:
- The phone number registered on your biZz'it account (including country code, e.g. +971…)
- Your display name in the App (helps us verify your identity)
- Optional: a brief reason for deletion
We may reply to confirm your request before processing it.
1. Who processes your request
Account deletion requests are handled by Aliasgar Vepari, the operator of biZz'it
(App ID: com.aliasgarvepari.bizzit). For questions, use
privacy@aliasgarvepari.com.
2. What we delete
After we verify your identity, we delete or anonymize data linked to your account, including:
- Your user profile (name, phone number, profile photo, about text, online/last-seen status)
- Your Firebase Authentication account (phone sign-in)
- Messages you sent in one-to-one and group chats, and related metadata stored in our database
- Media and files you uploaded (e.g. profile photos, chat images, videos, voice notes, documents) stored on our servers
- Business profile and catalog information tied to your account, if applicable
- Channel posts and broadcast lists you created, where technically feasible
- Push notification tokens associated with your devices
- Favorites, read-state, and other per-user settings stored in your user record
Content you sent to other users may remain visible to them in their chat history until they delete
those conversations on their side, similar to other messaging apps. We will remove your account's
access and delete data under our control.
3. What may be retained
We may retain limited information when required or permitted by law, for example:
- Records needed for fraud prevention, security investigations, or legal compliance
- Abuse reports or safety-related logs that reference your account
- Backup copies for a short period until they are automatically purged by our hosting provider
- Aggregated or anonymized data that no longer identifies you
4. How long deletion takes
We aim to confirm receipt of your request within 7 business days and complete
deletion within 30 days. Complex cases or legal holds may take longer; we will
notify you if that applies.
5. Before you delete
- Export or save any messages or media you want to keep — deletion is permanent.
- If you use biZz'it on multiple devices, sign out after deletion is confirmed.
- Uninstalling the App does not delete your account or server-side data.
6. Partial deletion
If you only want to remove certain data (e.g. profile photo) without closing your account, email us
with details. You can also update your profile or revoke permissions in the App and device settings.
