You can choose to invite contacts through text or other means. You choose what contacts to invite. If you invite a contact, we will generate a message with the Vecho download URL included, which you can choose to send via your mobile device.

When you join our service we need to obtain your location in order to group you in the location of existing users that are using our service. We will ask for your consent to enable your location.

You will have an option to create a unique username that is not your real name or names from other social media sites. You can skip the option to create a username and connect as anonymous.
Objectionable Content Policy
Content can be submitted to Vecho, who will then moderate all content and decide whether or not a post is worthy of submission to the extent such content includes, is in conjunction with, or alongside any, Objectionable Content. Objectionable Content includes, but is not limited to: (i) sexually explicit Posts; (ii) obscene,
defamatory, slanderous, racist, violent and/or unlawful content; (iii) content that infringes upon the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or any other personal right, or that is fraudulent;
(iv)content that conducts the use or sale of illegal or regulated substances, products, tobacco, ammunition and/or firearms; and (v) gambling, including without limitation, any online casino, sports books, bingo or poker.
Product Claim
The Vecho App, not Apple, is solely responsible for addressing claims for you relating to the Vecho App and the use of it, including, but not limited to: (i) any product liability claim; (ii) any claims that the Vecho App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) any claim arising under user protection or similar law. Nothing in this Agreement should be considered as a confession that you may have
such claims.
The license will cover the entire agreement between you and the Vecho app with respect to the app.

The Vecho app will not be obligated to compensate or defend you with respect to third party claims arising out or relating to the Vecho IOS App. To the some extent Vecho is required to provide compensation by applicable law, Vecho, not Apple, shall be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of any claim that the Vecho apps or your use of it infringes any third party intellectual property right.
