The Application utilizes advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies, specifically the Google Gemini API (provided by Google LLC), to process user text prompts, generate chat-based nutritional assistance, calculate macronutrients, and offer wellness guidance.

By interacting with the AI features within the Application, You acknowledge and agree to the following data handling protocols mandated for Your safety and privacy:

  1. Prior Disclosure & Informed Consent: The Application clearly discloses what specific inputs are being processed by the AI features. By submitting a text query to the AI chat assistant, You grant explicit permission for that query data to be analyzed.
  2. Data De-identification: To protect your identity, We minimize the transmission of Personal Data. Only non-sensitive parameters necessary for calculating nutrition or workout plans (e.g., text inputs, target fitness goals, age bracket, or dietary preferences provided directly by You in the chat) are shared with the AI provider.
  3. Equal Level of Data Protection: We ensure that our contract with Google LLC for the Gemini API enforces strict confidentiality. Google LLC provides an equal level of data protection as stated in this Privacy Policy.
  4. No Model Training: Your inputs submitted via the Application's API interface are handled securely and are not used by Google LLC to train public AI models.
  5. No Third-Party Advertising: Data shared with the AI Service Provider is used solely to generate immediate algorithmic responses and is never repurposed for profiling, behavioral tracking, or third-party marketing.

Use of Your Personal Data
