Personal Data and Confidentiality

Trucks'nB and the Parking lot collect personal data from Members for the purpose of processing necessary for the Member's introduction to a Parking lot, the execution of Reservations, invoice creation, and more broadly, managing the commercial relationship with the Members.

These processes are implemented for the purpose of fulfilling the Contract to which the Members are parties. Members' personal data is stored for the duration necessary to achieve these purposes.

This data is shared with subcontractors responsible for execution, processing, managing, and payment of Reservations, as well as partners of Trucks'nB and/or the Parking lot involved in the execution of Reservations. Each Parking lot is also likely to implement its own personal data processing for the sole needs of management and general administration of its Parking lot.

In accordance with applicable regulations, Members' personal data may be used by Trucks'nB, following a Reservation, as part of commercial actions for information/promotion and/or loyalty-building among Members, who may at any time object to such use.

In accordance with the provisions of the French "Data Processing and Liberties" Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 as amended by Law No. 2018-493 of June 20, 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679, the Member has the right to access, rectify, modify, object, delete, erase, limit processing and portability of personal data concerning them, as well as the right to define directives regarding the fate of their personal data after their death.

The Member also has the right to object to the computerized processing of data concerning them and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

The Member can exercise this right by sending a letter to the customer service managed by Trucks'nB located at 14 rue de l'Arc 59000 LILLE or a request via the contact form available on the website https://www.trucksnb.eu/contact/. Any request in this regard is free, does not have to be motivated and may occur at any time, even after the collection of the Member's personal data. It must, however, be accompanied by a photocopy of the Member's identification to verify the identity of the request's author. A simplified procedure is also available on the app within the user account by going to the account settings and clicking on "delete my account". In all cases, upon each request for account deletion, Trucks'nB commits to deleting all personal user information.

The Member can learn about all personal data processing carried out by accessing the Privacy Charter of the Site. Apart from public data that the public may have access to, all documents, information, and personal data exchanged between Trucks'nB and the Member are considered strictly confidential. Trucks'nB will only be released from its confidentiality obligation if required to respond to an injunction from an administrative or judicial authority.

Trucks'nB is committed to enforcing this confidentiality obligation by all individuals, whether or not under its authority and regardless of their status, who are authorized to process the personal data collected during the execution of the present contract. Trucks'nB ensures that these individuals receive the necessary training in the protection of personal data.

In the event of a violation of personal data of any kind that Trucks'nB becomes aware of, Trucks'nB will notify the Member within a maximum period of 72 hours.
