Privacy Policy for TERMA Sp. z o.o.
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes our practices related to the acquisition, collection, processing and
other undesirable use of any data that TERMA may receive from Users, Customers and Business Partners
§ 1
TERMA L.T.D. (hereinafter referred to as the company), Czaple 100, 80-298 Gdańsk, registered in the
National Court Register by the District Court in Gdańsk, 7th Commercial Division of the National Court
Register under number 0000069067, REGON 19055844700000, NIP 5831018844, is the administrator of
all data collected in the course of mutual agreements between TERMA and service users.
For the purposes of this Policy, the "administrator" should be understood in accordance with Art. 4 sec.
7 REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016
Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the
protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free the flow of such
data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation), which provides that
"controller" means a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other entity that alone or jointly
with others sets the purposes and methods processing of personal data (...);
This Regulation, apart from the contractual provisions, is the legal basis for any data processing in the
course of joint agreements between the Parties.
§ 2
The Company does not collect any personal data without the prior consent of Users, Clients, and Business
Partners. The company does not transfer the collected data to third parties.
§ 3
For the purposes of the application, the application, in the name of the company, may process the
following data: Contact details: e-mail, name and surname, Geolocation: for devices and services that
support automated decisions based on the user's location;
§ 4
The company undertakes not to transfer the processed data to third parties.
§ 5
The company undertakes to provide all collected data in our possession at the request of the user.
§ 6
You can verify the correctness of the processed data at any time or request a correction if it turns out to
be inconsistent or untrue. You can also request that we complete the incomplete data.
§ 7
If you ever feel that your personal data is being processed in an inappropriate way, you can submit a
complaint to the competent authority - the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
§ 8
The application uses cookies, which are small text files stored on your devices. These files are designed
so that the website recognizes users on their next visits. The information collected in cookies and
navigation signals, in our case, does not allow for individual identification of the user and is used only in
statistics and tools such as Google Analytics. You can block cookies in your browser and they are not
required for the website to function properly or to use the services available on it.
