Thank you for using Tambola Number Caller. This Privacy Policy explains how the app collects, uses, and protects information when you use our service. By installing or using the app, you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

Tambola Number Caller is designed to work primarily on-device. We collect minimal information:

• Game data – Game names, number sequences, and call history are stored only on your device using a local database (SQLite / Room). This data never leaves your device unless you share a live board link.
• Live board data – When you enable the Live Board feature, the list of called numbers and the current game name are written to Google Firebase Firestore so viewers can follow the game in real time via a shared link. No personal identifiers (name, email, phone) are transmitted.
• Crash & diagnostics – We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect anonymous crash reports (device model, Android version, stack trace). These reports help us fix bugs and improve stability.

Information We Do Not Collect

The app does not collect:

• Your name, email address, or phone number
• Location data (GPS or network-based)
• Contacts, photos, or files from your device
• Device identifiers such as IMEI or advertising ID
• Payment or billing information

Google Firebase Services

The app uses the following Firebase services, each governed by Google's Privacy Policy:

• Firebase Firestore – Stores live board data (called numbers, current number, game name) accessible via your shared link. Data is identified only by the token and UUID you share. Anyone with the link can view the live board; no account is required.
• Firebase Crashlytics – Collects anonymous crash reports to help us identify and fix issues.

Live Board Sharing

The Live Board feature generates a unique shareable link containing a time-based token and a random UUID. When you share this link, anyone who opens it can see the numbers called in your game in real time.

The link does not include your device's identity, your name, or any personal information. You may stop live board updates at any time by turning off the Live Board switch inside the game.

App Permissions

• Internet – Required for live board sync and crash reporting.
• Text-to-Speech – Used to announce called numbers aloud using the device's built-in TTS engine. No audio is recorded or transmitted.
• External Display (Presentation) – Used to mirror the board to a TV or secondary screen via Cast / HDMI. No screen content is transmitted to our servers.

Data Retention & Deletion

On-device game data is retained until you delete the game from within the app or uninstall the app. Uninstalling the app removes all local data permanently.

Live board Firestore data is stored per game session using a unique UUID. This data is not linked to your account or identity. We may periodically clean up old sessions from Firestore.

Children's Privacy

Tambola Number Caller does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. The app does not require any account or personal details to operate. If you believe a child has inadvertently provided personal information through the app, please contact us using the details below.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the app or applicable law. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
