- In our HRMS app, when employees log in and mark their attendance using
the check-in button.
- This feature is implemented to facilitate attendance tracking,
especially for remote employees and those working from the office.
- The location data is only recorded during the login and attendance
marking process and is specific to the user's active working shift.
- Background location tracking will cease when the user logs out or
completes their working shift.
- This functionality is crucial for scenarios where employees may be
working remotely or from different office locations.
- Rest assured that this location data is securely stored and used
exclusively for internal purposes. We do not share this data with any
external parties or individuals within our organization, ensuring the
privacy and confidentiality of our employees' location information.
Image Capturing during CheckIn-Out:
- In our HRMS app, when an employee marks their attendance, they are
required to capture their selfie first.
- Along with the employee's location, we store their picture in our
internal attendance database.
- Image capturing is mandatory during both check-in and check-out
processes.
- Without capturing the image, employees are unable to mark their
attendance.
- This data is fully secured, and we do not share it with any external
parties or individuals within our organization, ensuring the privacy and
confidentiality of our employees' personal information.
- We do not provide features to access these images within the mobile
application.
- Both location data and image data can only be accessed through the Web
App, specifically on the server side.
- Only administrators can access this data.
- All data will be automatically deleted after three months.
Alternatively, users can also request specific data deletion by sending
an email to us.
