What does one public facility scan deliver?
Six deliverables from one registered scan. Every file below comes from the same site visit.
As-built drawingsDWG · PDF
Floor plans, reflected ceiling plans and elevations of the facility as it exists, so capital projects and renovations start from a verified base.
Used byCapital planning · Design
BIM modelRVT · IFC
A Revit model of structure, interiors and visible MEP, built from the registered scan for renovation and infrastructure projects.
Used byDesign · Owner's reps
Point cloudRCP · E57
Every surface, clearance and framing member on file. When someone needs a dimension nobody drew, it is already captured.

Facility managers, design teams and vendors walk the building from a desk, with fewer trips into occupied spaces.
Used byFacilities · Design · GCs
Asset registerCSV · XLSX
Existing equipment logged with make, model, serial and location, so maintenance and capital planning start from what is installed.

Public facility capture FAQ
Can a public facility be scanned while it is occupied?
Yes. Capture is scheduled around operating hours, classes, clinics or flights, so the facility stays open during the visit.
Do you document clearances for accessibility reviews?
Yes. Door clearances, ramp runs, restroom layouts and path widths are measured as built and included in the drawings and point cloud. Formal accessibility certification stays with your consultant of record.
What file formats do public facility deliverables come in?
Drawings in DWG and PDF, BIM models in RVT and IFC, point clouds in RCP and E57, asset data in CSV or XLSX, and 360 tours by web link.
How quickly is data delivered?
A certified technician is dispatched in two to three days, and raw spatial data is available within 24 hours of the visit.
