This Privacy Policy describes how MCode ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the TapSharp mobile application ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you use the App, we may create a local user profile that includes a display name and a randomly generated user identifier. No email address, phone number, or real name is required.

Gameplay Data

We collect gameplay data to provide leaderboard functionality and track your progress. This includes:

• Game scores, accuracy, and combo statistics
• Games played and play streaks
• Timestamps of gameplay sessions

Analytics Data

We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymized usage data such as:

• App opens and session duration
• Game events (game started, game completed)
• Device type and operating system version

This data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify you personally.

Crash Reports

We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash reports and diagnostic data. This helps us identify and fix bugs. Crash reports may include device state, stack traces, and device identifiers, but do not contain personal information.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and maintain the App's functionality
• Display global leaderboards and rankings
• Track your personal game progress and achievements
• Improve the App's performance and fix bugs
• Analyze usage patterns to improve gameplay experience

3. Data Storage

Your gameplay data is stored in two locations:

• Locally on your device using AsyncStorage for offline access to your scores, profile, and settings
• Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore) for leaderboard data and score synchronization

Firebase services are provided by Google and are subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your data may be shared in the following limited circumstances:

• Leaderboards: Your display name and scores are visible to other users on the global leaderboard
• Service providers: We use Firebase (Google) for data storage, analytics, and crash reporting
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights

5. Advertising

The App may display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks such as Google AdMob. These services may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve relevant ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings.

6. In-App Purchases

The App may offer in-app purchases processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not collect or store payment information. All transactions are handled by the respective platform.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

8. Data Retention

We retain your gameplay data for as long as you use the App. Local data can be deleted by uninstalling the App. To request deletion of your cloud data, please contact us using the information below.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict processing of your data
