1. Introduction

Welcome to PurLog, a product of Metashark, LLC ("Company"), based out of Boynton Beach, FL. By using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the service.

2. Definitions

“Service” refers to PurLog, a logging management platform.
“User” refers to anyone who uses or accesses the Service.
“Organization” refers to an entity created by users for managing logs and projects.
“Project” refers to individual instances under an Organization for managing logs.
“JWT” refers to JSON Web Token used for authorization and access to specific projects.

3. Account Registration and Use

Users may register using Google, Apple, Microsoft, Github, or email and password via Firebase Auth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Service Access and Usage

Upon account creation, you may:

• Create or join an Organization.
• Create Projects or be added to existing ones.
• Use our SDK to send logs from your apps to our cloud infrastructure.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service for any reason, including violating these Terms or engaging in any activity harmful to the Service or other users.

6. Limitation of Liability

Metashark is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, even if Metashark has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

8. Amendments

We may amend these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
