Plain Potato Terms of Use

Welcome to Plain Potato! These Terms of Use outline the rules and regulations for the use of the Plain Potato App.

Plain Potato operates on a subscription basis. In no event shall Plain Potato or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Plain Potato, even if Plain Potato or a Plain Potato authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

6. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on Plain Potato could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Plain Potato does not warrant that any of the materials on its app are accurate, complete, or current.

Plain Potato has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its app and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Plain Potato. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of Korea and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.
