7. Under user content ownership, explain that while users retain copyright ownership over files imported into the app from external services like Dropbox, they are asserting they have the legal rights and authority to store these files within your Photo Vault app.
8. Add that your app assumes no responsibility or liability for media imported from third-party services the user has connected to the Photo Vault application.
9. Limited Liability: Owner Zhandos Turysbek not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages from use.
10. In-App Purchases: Subscriptions instantly charged, auto-renew by default. Manage under Account Settings. No refunds offered for unused subscription time already purchased.
