Individual Course Purchases:

Refunds for individual course purchases are available within 30 days from the date of purchase.
To request a refund for an individual course, please contact our support team at admin@unreal-university.com
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
After the specified refund period, individual course purchases are considered final and non-refundable.
Subscriptions:

Subscriptions to our courses grant access to a range of content for a recurring monthly fee.
No refunds are provided for subscription purchases.
However, subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, they will not be charged for the following month.
Access to subscription content will remain available until the end of the current billing cycle, after which it will be terminated unless the subscription is renewed.
Cancellation Process:

To cancel a subscription, users can navigate to their account settings or contact our support team for assistance.
Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.
Upon cancellation, users will receive a confirmation email detailing the cancellation and confirming that they will not be charged for the next billing period.
