Financial Information
Financial records you enter into the App are primarily stored on your device in the App's local database. If you choose to use backup or restore features, this financial information may also be included in a backup file stored with Firebase Storage under your user account. You should avoid entering sensitive information that is not needed for tracking your money.
Account and Sign-In
The App uses Google Sign-In and Firebase Authentication to let you sign in. When you sign in, we may store account details such as your user ID, name, email address, profile picture URL, account type, backup status, and purchase-related information in Firebase Realtime Database and locally on your device using secure storage.
Cloud Backup
If you use cloud backup, the App exports your local App data and uploads it to Firebase Storage. Backup files may contain accounts, transactions, transfers, categories, and archived records. You control whether to use backup features. If you do not use cloud backup, your financial records remain stored locally on your device, except for information processed by third-party services described in this policy.
Local Storage
The App stores information on your device using a local database and secure local storage. This includes your financial records, selected language, signed-in user details, and some app counters or settings. You can remove locally stored App data by clearing the App's data or uninstalling the App.
Third-Party Services
The App uses third-party services that may collect information according to their own privacy policies:
- Google Privacy Policy for Google Sign-In, Google AdMob, Firebase services, and Google Play billing services.
- Firebase Privacy and Security for Firebase Authentication, Firebase Realtime Database, Firebase Storage, Firebase Analytics, and Firebase Crashlytics.
- Google AdMob privacy information.
- Google Play Terms of Service, where applicable for in-app purchases.
Advertising
The App may display ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may use advertising identifiers and other data to provide, personalize, limit, and measure ads, depending on your device settings, consent choices, region, and applicable law. You can manage ad personalization through your Google account and device privacy settings.
Analytics and Crash Reporting
We use Firebase Analytics to understand general app usage and Firebase Crashlytics to receive crash and diagnostic reports. This information helps us identify problems, improve stability, and make the App better. Crash reports may include technical details such as device model, operating system version, app version, timestamps, stack traces, and diagnostic metadata.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help operate the App, including Google services, Firebase, AdMob, Google Play billing services, and other providers needed for authentication, storage, analytics, diagnostics, advertising, and purchase processing. We may also disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
Data Retention
Locally stored App data remains on your device until you clear App data, remove the information through App features where available, or uninstall the App. Cloud backups and account records remain until they are deleted, replaced, or no longer reasonably needed to provide the App. Data processed by third-party services is retained according to those providers' policies and settings.

Some information may be retained for a limited period where necessary for security, fraud prevention, purchase records, legal compliance, or backup restoration safeguards.
