What information do we collect?
Device Information
We collect your device and network connection information for analytical purpose only when you use our App. This information includes your device brand, the model of your device, your network status, etc. The device information that we collect does not contain any user sensitive information, such as device ID or anything that can be used to permanently identify a user or device.
Information collected by Third-Party Analytical Tools
Our app integrates SDKs from several analytical service providers for app optimization purpose. These third-party SDKs may also collect your information such as GAID (Google Advertising ID on Android devices) or IDFA (Identifier for Advertising on iOSdevices), region (defined as the location where a given language is used), location information and IP address. This Policy does not govern our third party analytical tools. You can find their privacy policy on their websites. The partners we select to work with include but are not limited to AppsFlyer (Appsflyer Inc.) and Firebase (analytical platform of Google LLC), etc. The information they provide to us is aggregated analytical data.
Information collected by Third-Party SDKs from our Monetization Partners
Some of the third-party monetization SDKs integrated in our app
may access your information for the purpose of ad optimization. Such
information includes GAID (Google Advertising ID on Android devices) or IDFA
(Identifier for Advertising on iOSdevices),
region (defined as the location where a given language is used), location
information and IP address. This Policy does not govern our third party
monetization partners, as they have their own privacy policies which can be
viewed on their websites. We have no access to or control over such third
parties. However, we have a routine procedure to scan all third party SDKs to
detect if they collect sensitive user information. The partners we select to
work with include but are not limited to Google AdMob (monetization
platform of Google LLC), Facebook Audience Network (monetization platform of
Facebook, Inc.), etc.

When you access or use our
Services, you may provide the following information to us:
Customer Support Information: If you are a visitor to
the Site, or a user of the Apps, we may collect information that you provide to
us when you communicate with any of our departments such as customer service or
technical services.
Profile Information: When
using some of our Services, you may be able to add information to your profile,
such as an avatar or profile picture, birthday, nickname or username, or
country. You voluntarily provide this information to us.
Your
Content: When using some of our Services, you can
create, post, upload or share content by providing us with access to your
photos, media and files, and your device’s camera and microphone. You
voluntarily provide this information to us.

We automatically collect
information about you when you use the Services, such as:
Device Information: If
you access the Services through a mobile device, we may be able to identify the
general location of your mobile device (not precise geolocation
data), your mobile device’s brand, model, operating system, resolution, screen
size, system version, Bluetooth settings, internet connection, random-access
memory (“RAM”), the application you have installed, the applications you have
running in the background, mobile device's advertising ID, other unique
identifiers and other information related to device setting.
Cookies & Similar Tracking Information:
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect information about
your interactions with our Services. The information we collect includes, but
is not limited to, account activation time, content displayed to you and
whether you clicked on it, advertisements displayed to you and whether you clicked
on them, URLs you have visited, notifications that have appeared on your mobile
device, your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, your mobile country code, and
your user ID.
Content Sharing: When you
choose to share content with us, we automatically collect information about
your Wi-Fi connection, and call information.
You may be able to limit
the amount of information collected from your device (e.g., computer, phone, or
tablet) with us by adjusting your device or browser settings. However, by
preventing us from collecting information from you, we may not be able to

Third Party Websites or through Social Media Services
The Services may include
links to third-party websites and social media services where you may be able
to post comments, stories, reviews or other information. Your use of these

sharing of information about you by these third-party websites and social media

third-party websites and social media services with which you interact to make
sure you understand the information that may be collected, used, and shared by
those third-party websites and social media services.
How do we use this information?
To improve our product
As mentioned above, we collect your information for analytical purpose. This analytical data is only for app optimization. Some third-party monetization partners such as Facebook and Google may use the information they collected to optimize advertisement experience. Their use of information is governed by their privacy policy. We don’t have access to any such information they collected.
To provide services
We may use this information to provide service or features in our App. For example, we may access the apps installed on your phone to detect whether there is malware or virus and give you 24/7 real-time protection.
How is your information stored?
For the information we collect, some is only stored on your device locally and some is stored safely in encrypted format in our servers. We have strict policies to control access and usage of such data. If you would like to have your information deleted, please contact us.
How is your information shared?
What important permissions we request
Here we explain all important permissions that our app requests. These permissions are necessary for our app to perform certain features.
We never share your information with third parties. All the information we collect is only for the purpose of optimizing our product and is safely stored in our server in an encrypted format. The information will not be disclosed to any third parties.
Access information about Wi-Fi networks
This permission allows Super Clean:Booster, CPU Cooler to check the user's current network status and perform the corresponding advertising strategy.
Collect battery statistics
This permission is used to get the battery usage data, in order to provide power consumption ranking in Battery Saver feature.
Clear the caches of all installed applications
This permission is required to clear the caches of all installed applications on users’ device in Junk Clean feature.
Collect component usage statistics
This permission is required to identify the applications that need to be locked for App Lock function and help users to manage apps usage.
Expand or collapse the status bar
This permission is only used to guide users when using notification organizer for the first time.
Find out the space used by any package
This permission is used to find out the space used by any package so as to provide Junk Clean and App Manager function.
View the running apps
This permission is used to view the running apps in order to clean up memory usage..
Kill background processes
We are allowed to stop other apps and boost your phone with this permission.
Broadcast after the system finishes booting
This permission is used to help App Lock run automatically when the phone is restarted.
Create windows shown on top of all other apps
This permission is used to make sure the battery saver function can be used normally and show the process of it and make sure the App Lock function can be used normally.
The vibrator
This permission allows App Lock to provide vibration feedback after wrong password input.
Keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming
We are allowed to avoid screen dimming from the process of virus scan and junk scan.
Read and write phone storage space
Mounting and unmounting file systems
These permissions are used to detect and delete junk files on users’ phone and allow Super Clean:Booster, CPU Cooler to read and store photographs if users use Photo Vault feature.
Request install packages
This permission is only used in App Manager feature to help users install apps easily.
