Mali Runanubandh is a technology-based social and matchmaking platform. The Company acts only as an intermediary and does not guarantee any matchmaking, relationship, or marriage outcome.
2 Eligibility
- Users must be 18 years or older
- Users must provide true and lawful information
- Fake, misleading, or impersonation profiles are prohibited
3 No Matchmaking Guarantee
The Company does not guarantee:
• Finding a match or partner
• Compatibility or marriage
• User intentions or authenticity
Failure to find a match shall not result in any claim or compensation.
4 User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
- Share obscene, illegal, or misleading content
- Misuse personal data of other users
- Engage in fraud or unlawful activities
⚠️ Violation may result in account suspension or termination.
5 User Responsibility & Risk
- All interactions are at your own risk
- The Company does not verify user backgrounds
- Meetings or communications outside the App are your responsibility
6 Limitation of Liability
Malsoft Technologies and Mali Runanubandh shall not be liable for:
- User disputes
- Data misuse by other users
- Financial, emotional, physical, or legal damages
7 Account Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or delete accounts violating these Terms
- Remove content without prior notice
8 Intellectual Property
All app content, branding, and software belong to Malsoft Technologies. Unauthorized copying or use is prohibited.
9 Legal Compliance
Users agree to comply with:
- Information Technology Act, 2000
- Applicable Indian laws and regulations
10 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
