1. Name
2. Employee number and E-mail
3. Information about your purchases (if any) 

The controller is the company where you are employed (hereinafter “we” or “our”). 

The purpose of our processing of your personal data is to provide you with fringe benefits and to administrate your purchases (if any).

The legal basis for our processing of your personal data is our legitimate interest, cf. article 6 (1) (f) in the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”). Our processing of your personal data in connection with the Employee Card App does not infringe your fundamental rights and freedoms.

Our personal data will not be transferred to any third party, but will be made available to our processors. We only use processers established within the EU/EEA or in a third country, which we assess provide adequate level of data protection in accordance with the GDPR.

Your personal data will be stored for as long that you are an employee, unless we have any legitime interest in storing your personal data for a longer period, or due to a legal obligation, which we are required to adhere to.
