United States Outdoor Recreation. Infinite connects its Members with outdoor recreation properties in the United States. If you visit the Site or use the Services from outside the United States, you understand that the Infinite Services are provided under U.S. law.

Let’s Define Personal Information. As used in this Privacy Policy, “Personal Information” means any information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or household. Personal Information is typically discussed in categories, for example:

Not all information about you is considered Personal Information for legal purposes. Information that may be exempt from protection under privacy laws includes publicly available information; aggregated information (meaning data summaries or reports with Personal Information removed); and anonymized information that cannot be linked back to an individual.

Personal Information We Collect. Infinite collects Personal Information from Site visitors (“Visitors”), recreational landowners registered to make Trips on their property available (“Owners”), and Visitors who register and book a Trip reservation (“Members”). In the past twelve (12) months, we have collected identifiers, government IDs, internet activity, and commercial history from the sources described below:

We collect your mobile phone number when you sign up for SMS updates via our website, email, rental agreement, or third-party reservation systems. Your information is used solely for sending updates, appointment reminders, service notifications, and alerts regarding your Infinite Outdoors membership.

For Access Membership users participating in the Access Granted Initiative, Infinite Outdoors may share your name, email, and phone number with select industry partners who help support the Access Granted program. This enables us to offer free or discounted access to properties as part of your membership benefits. If you prefer not to share your contact details, you may choose to upgrade to our Access+ Membership tier, which allows for full Access Granted benefits without data sharing.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers with third parties for general marketing purposes. Data sharing is limited strictly to Access Membership participants and only with identified program partners as disclosed upon enrollment.

By using our Services, you consent to your interactions being processed by these technologies. If you do not consent, you should not interact with our Services and should close your account. These systems may make decisions automatically (see “Right Not to Be Subject to ADM”) and operate with or without human oversight.

Each of the links above provides options to control your cookie consent settings or opt-out of certain types of cookies through these providers. Infinite will only collect, use, retain, and disclose Personal Information as is adequate and relevant to the specific, express purposes described below or as reasonably necessary and proportionate to provide our Services or for other purposes that we disclose to you and are compatible with the context of how we collected your Personal Information. We will not collect additional categories of Personal Information or use already collected Personal Information for purposes that are materially different, unrelated, or not reasonably necessary or compatible with the original purpose without notice and consent to you as required by law. Infinite uses your Personal Information to provide you with our Services, for other purposes with our consent, or for our internal business purposes. Additionally, we might use or disclose Personal Information in order to monitor your compliance with our agreements and policies; help maintain the safety, security, and integrity of our technology assets; conduct internal testing, research, analysis, and product development, including to develop and improve our content and offerings; personalize your experience or deliver targeted ads according to your consent and stated preferences; respond to law enforcement requests and as required by applicable law, court order, or governmental regulations; protect the rights of others, our rights, or our property; or related to a proposed business transition involving our data.

Children’s Privacy. Infinite designed the Services for adults, not for minor children. However, a parent or legal guardian may provide Infinite with Personal Information about their minor child or may consent to their child’s use of our Services. Parents and guardians are always responsible for their child’s use of the Services in compliance with our Terms of Service and applicable laws. Any Personal Information about your minor child that is submitted to Infinite will be treated in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Minor children should not attempt to use the Services or provide any Personal Information to Infinite without parent or legal guardian consent. If we learn we have collected or received Personal Information from a minor child without parent or guardian consent as required by law, we will delete that information. Please contact support@infiniteoutdoorsusa.com if you have concerns about a child’s Personal Information on our Services.

Disclosing Personal Information. Infinite will only disclose Personal Information to third parties described below, otherwise with your permission, or as required by law. In the preceding twelve (12) months, we have disclosed the Personal Information we collected to:

Public Forums. We may offer publicly accessible message boards, blogs, and community forums. Please keep in mind that if you directly disclose any information through our public message boards, blogs, or forums, this information may be collected and used by others. We will correct or delete any information you have posted on the Site if you so request, as described in "Opting Out and Unsubscribing" below.

Personal Information Retention. We will retain your Personal Information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. For example, we retain Personal Information associated with your Account while your Account remains active, unless you change or delete it. If you opt-in to receive marketing communications, we may retain details about your marketing preferences for a reasonable period from the date you last opened our email or otherwise expressed interest in our Services. We retain cookie data for as little as a few seconds or up to twenty-four (24) months, depending on the cookie function. Other types of data are retained and disposed of according to our company policies. We may retain Personal Information for longer if it may be the subject of a legal claim or may otherwise be relevant for future litigation. We securely delete data at the end of the retention period.

Data Security. We work hard to protect your Personal Information. Infinite has implemented and maintains reasonable security measures to secure your Personal Information from accidental loss and unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. Our Site is secured via Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, server authentication and data encryption. Our computer systems are hosted in a secure data center environment that uses a firewall, intrusion detection systems, and other advanced technology to prevent interference or access from outside intruders. The data center is a highly protected environment with several levels of physical access security and twenty-four (24) hour surveillance.

Even so, submission of information over the Internet is never entirely secure. We cannot and do not expressly or impliedly guarantee the security of information you submit via our Services while it is in transit over the Internet, and any such submission is at your own risk. You are responsible for keeping your device access and login information confidential. You are also encouraged to install anti-virus and anti-malware software on your devices and keep all software updated to avoid security risks.
