Register to use the Services by creating a customer account (“Customer” or
“Customers”);
Register to use the Services by creating a contractor account (“Contractor” or
“Contractors”); and
Access or use the Services without creating an account (“Guest” or “Guests”, together with Customers and Contractors, “Users”, “you”, or “your”).
This Policy does not apply to information that:
We collect offline or through any other means, including on any other website operated by Company or any third party; or
You provide to or is collected by any third party (see Third-Party Information Collection).

Customers and Contractors may transmit information to one another when communicating through the messaging feature on the Website or Mobile App (“User Messages”). If you are
creating a Contractor account, you will be required to submit certain information, including the categories of business information listed above, which may be published or displayed (hereinafter, "posted") on public areas of the Website and Mobile App, or transmitted to other users of the Services or third parties (collectively, “Contractor Content”, together with User Messages, “User Content”). User Content is posted and transmitted to others at your own risk. Please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. Additionally, we cannot control the actions of other Users of the Website or Mobile App with whom you may choose to share your User Content. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that your User Content will not be viewed by unauthorized persons.
