Welcome back from your well-deserved winter break!

We hope you had the opportunity to rest and recharge. The kids are back at school, and it's time to plan for and tackle the rest of the year with clarity and purpose.

That is exactly what we've been doing.

Over the past few months, we've undertaken some internal restructuring to ensure we have the right people in the right roles, with absolute clarity and focus on serving you—our valued partners and clients.

To better support you, we have strengthened our leadership across our four main divisions:

  • Commercial Broking & Property Asset Management

  • Investor Services & Property Sourcing

  • Grove Prestige Furnished Rentals, Hospitality Marketing & Management

  • Residential Sales & Development

I will personally continue to lead our Residential Sales and Development division, while our Portfolio Asset Management service will continue to support and integrate across all four divisions.

Chere Redelinghuys with over 20 years experience will be leading and taking our Commercial division to the next level in The Western Cape as well as oversee the Portfolio Asset management for our Commercial clients.

While Hendrik Jansen with over 10 years experience will be leading and Growing our Gauteng Commercial team.

Investor services will be led by Andre Esterhuizen, with over 30 years of Development, investment and property experience he has seen it all and knows how to source and maximise ROI for our clients.

Grove Prestige furnished rentals and hospitality marketing will be led by Tania Hanslo. With over 5 years experience in unlocking Value in property and incredible energy, commitment and a special touch with clients.

We have also made significant progress on several exciting new projects in both Gauteng and the Western Cape, and we look forward to sharing more details with you in the coming months.
