The Executive Property Summary

Dear Property Executive

May was a landmark month for us at Grove Properties.

We launched our first investment event on 13 May at Clara Anna Fontein with the theme: "Maximising Your Property Portfolio's Potential: Your Wealth Blueprint."

Some incredible insights were shared by our sponsors, Kobus Lamprecht from Rode Media and Christine du Toit from CAP Accounting.

We had exceptional conversations and gained valuable insights into the market, tax structures, and how best to position your property portfolio.

We also hosted our first joint event with SAPIN, South Africa's largest property investment network.

This marks an exciting strategic collaboration aimed at meeting the growing demand for purpose-built property services for property investors.

The event focused on how to raise finance for your next property investment. Key connections were made, old friendships were renewed, excellent networking took place, and there was an incredible energy in the room.

I am honoured to have been invited as a panellist at various REIM events planned for the coming months, where I will contribute to the conversations, share our vision, and provide industry insights.

It truly was a breakout month for us as a business and for me personally. Looking back on how far we have come over the past 15 years fills me with gratitude for all our people, partners, and clients.

At the same time, we are looking ahead as we continue to innovate, collaborate, and lead the way with unique, client-centric offerings in the industry.

With our core values front and centre.

I'm also proud to share the couch conversation I had this month with Kobus Lamprecht, Chief Economist at Rode Publications and Media.

We discussed the current state of the property market, what to expect next, and took a deeper look at the Western Cape property market.

We will continue to share upcoming events, videos, and podcasts, so watch this space. If you'd like to collaborate or discuss anything property-related, please get in touch.

Yours in Property
