Stepping into 2026 with Clarity, Purpose and Passion! 🦸🏼♂️
I kicked off 2025 by beating my previous 5km open-water swim PR by 20% to over 6km on the first of January. 🏊♂️
It wasn't easy.
My legs started to cramp. 🦵
My back was aching.
The water felt heavier with every stroke. 🌊
But my mind was locked on two words: Growth and Clarity.
At 42, people often say "age starts catching up with you."
I’ve found the opposite to be true!
At this stage of life:
🧠 I understand things better: Perspective is a superpower.
🏋️♂️ I train smarter: It’s about quality and consistency and listening to your body.
🔥 I’ve developed grit: A mental toughness I didn't have in my 20s or 30s.
The reality is life is hard.
We don't know what this year will hold.
So, we have to get stronger. 💪
Keep, growing, adapting and moving forward❤️🔥

We are not running a race for a prize that rusts or fades—I’m running for a purpose that lasts long after I’m gone. 🕊️✝️
