I will remember 2023 as a year with a multitude of growth opportunities. Some had a good year, others did not.
But I for one am grateful for the opportunities we had to learn, reflect and figure out new ways to grow through adversity.

Being able to write my first published book, remembering the footprints my father left in my life, was a very special milestone for me.
Starting the Executive Property Summary as a way to share value with our community on a monthly basis and capture the highlights in the industry.
Winning our first major international award was a breakthrough moment and affirmation that we are on the right path as a business.
Lastly, breaking into the luxury market with Grove Prestige is an exciting step up in our marketing and the natural evolution of our service offering.
Inspired by our beloved Springboks that found a way to win by one single point, not once or twice, but three times in a row. Modeling the grit, dedication and faith in our God and each other, by beating the best in the world time and again.
That character is the key to unlocking the greatness that is born in times of great adversity. Showing that that little bit of extra effort in the toughest of situations makes all the difference between victory and defeat.
There is great dynamism in our people, and pockets of excellence shine through that show a glimmer of what we can achieve. A great resolve is needed to overcome the darkness in our world.
