My observations from over 50 powerful conversations this week with elite CEOs, from a variety of industries, across the Nation that are experiencing tremendous growth in THIS market…

We've distilled the most impactful conversations to share one empowering question stack, one mind-bending bumper-sticker quote, and one concept to challenge your status quo this week.

An Empowering Question Stack to Consider

As many of us move towards a greater routine this week we may need a pattern interrupt to accelerate the adoption of the daily rituals designed to support our desired outcomes. One of the greatest ways to experience a pattern interrupt is to get into MASSIVE ACTION!

With that in mind, explore the following questions: What activities do we need to get into massive action around to achieve that? What would exploding out of the gate look like to you?

A Mind-Bending, Bumper-Sticker Quote to Consider

A Concept to Challenge Your Status Quo

In the fast-paced world of business, one intentional conversation a day can be the spark that ignites a roaring bonfire of success.

A recent client was the poster child of massive action around their daily lead generation routine. They were making 15 to 20 contacts a day, reporting their activities, and reflecting on their work. However, they weren’t experiencing the success that they were intending upon.

Then as they moved into the summer months they made a decision to dedicate their time to family. But they didn’t want to lose what momentum had been built. So they committed to having one “intentional” conversation per day over the summer.

To this day I know that I can’t tell you the definition this client used for “intentional” yet I witnessed a paradigm shift. One that caused them to consider a level of scarcity around the number of people they could talk to. It was like they had “one golden ticket” each day to use. It was because of that scarcity that they started to consider what they wanted the outcome to be in that conversation and what the series of questions might be.

She notes that the intention being so small that she knew she couldn’t fail caused her to be consistent with the activity. Though other conversations might be had any given day she just needed to commit to ONE intentional conversation.

Fast forward and she saw the compound effects in her business causing her results to multiply. That simple intention done repetitively has caused her to be one of the top performers in her organization every month since August. She truly experienced a scenario where “less was more” by slowing down and offering a heightened level of intentional thought to just ONE conversation a day!
