An Empowering Question Stack to ConsiderInstead of fearing failure, how can we celebrate it as an essential learning opportunity that helps us adapt and improve? How can we create a feedback loop in our daily routine that encourages continuous improvement? How can we leverage unexpected challenges to innovate and improve our processes?

A Mind-Bending, Bumper-Sticker Quote to Consider“Every action you take is a vote for the person you want to become” - John Maxwell (Share this on Twitter)

A Concept to Challenge Your Status QuoThe concept of anti-fragility, introduced by Nassim Nicholas Taleb, describes systems, organizations, or individuals that not only withstand shocks and stressors but actually benefit and grow stronger from them. Unlike fragile entities that break under pressure or robust ones that merely endure, anti-fragile systems thrive and improve in the face of volatility, uncertainty, and chaos. Examples of anti-fragility can be found in the building of muscles, building of our immune system, decentralized networks (ie: Blockchain), diversified investment portfolios, & reframing failure as growth opportunities. Embracing anti-fragility means seeking out challenges and leveraging them as opportunities for growth and improvement. What minor challenges or discomforts (like cold showers, fasting, or public speaking) can we incorporate into our daily rituals to toughen our mental and physical fortitude?
