Peter explains how he coaches patients through the challenges of customizing their own list and building out a training plan, including how to set fitness goals early in life in preparation for the marginal decade. From there, he dives into training within the four pillars (zone 2, VO2 max, stability, and strength), including the minimum effective dose, how to split your time, his personal protocols, and other considerations.     What is TMJ Pain, and How Can We Help?

    The Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) is a complex joint responsible for the movement of your jaw. TMJ pain can arise due to various factors such as misalignment, muscle tension, or even stress. The symptoms may include jaw pain, clicking or popping noises when opening or closing the mouth, headaches, facial discomfort, and difficulty chewing.

    At Shift Therapy, our experienced therapists will conduct a thorough evaluation to identify the root cause of your TMJ pain. Using a personalized approach, we will develop a treatment plan tailored to your specific needs. Our goal is to alleviate pain, improve jaw mobility, and enhance your overall quality of life
