Yearly tuition can be made in monthly payments September through June. Autopay is processed on the 5th of every month for tuition. Autopay is processed on the 15th and 25th for any outstanding balances. We also accept cash and check. If tuition is not paid by the 15th of the month a $20 late fee is added to your account. All tuition payments are non-refundable.

Leotard and tights are required for every class for female students. Please make sure you have the required shoes for each class. Our Dancewear Shoppe carries all you need and more. We will make sure you have the right shoe and size for your feet. Never wear your dance shoes outside and remember that shorts are not allowed in ballet combo or ballet level classes. COVER UPS are important. Please have your dancer wear clothes over their dance attire. For more info about proper class attire please see the dress code page on our website.

Please notify the office if you know ahead of time that you will not be in class. You can also report an absence in the parent portal. This allows another student to do a make-up in that class. We appreciate you letting us know, even if it is last minute. We miss you and worry about you when you are not in class with us.

For the safety of all our dance family members, please be sure to follow the one way sign when entering the parking lot from Old 23. If you drop your student off curbside, please do it the correct way with your passenger side on the curb, NOT DRIVERS SIDE. If you have to get out of your car to drop off your student, you must use a parking spot.  We will not hesitate to let you know that you are doing it wrong.  We take safety in the parking lot very seriously.

Students can practice choreography from class at home using an app called "Band." You can download the app on your device then login to your parent portal, here. Locate the "files" tab and click the link for each of your dancer's classes. That's where you'll find choreography, pictures, and class videos! This comes in handy the closer we get to recital or for any holiday dance they are working on.

Must pre-register in your parent portal. Space is limited. Cost $35

Students are welcome to wear Halloween costumes to class this week (over leotard and tights). Acro students: please choose your costume wisely. You must be able to perform in them. Hair pieces, hats, gloves, mitts, and accessories do not mix well with Acro, so leave all extra pieces at home. About ten minutes prior to the end of each class, we will invite parents in the studio to view the dance from the lobbies. Our Leadership Students are doing a Halloween Bake Sale this week as well to help raise funds for new outdoor lighting.

There is a $75 costume deposit due for each recital class by the end of NOVEMBER. The charge will be posted November 1, but payments can be made anytime up to November 30. Late payments will incur a $20 late fee. If you are enrolled in autopay, no additional action is required. Please let the office know if your dancer will NOT be participating in our recital. No costume will be ordered without a deposit.

RECITAL IS JUNE 13, 2027 with DRESS REHEARSAL ON JUNE 12, 2027.

We send reminder texts from time to time.  The week of the Halloween dances we send one each morning reminding parents to come back 10 minutes before the end of class to view their student’s dance.  Little ones are sad if no parent shows up for them which is why we send the reminder text.  If you have not opted in to receiving communication related messages, you will not receive these important reminders.  Please log into your parent portal and opt in.  If you need assistance, please let us know.
