Today, we have loads of exciting things to share with you, including an invite to perform with us next weekend in Chichester, details about our latest dancing fundraiser, information on all of our amazing Summer offerings to keep you dancing when the term comes to an end, and so much more!

We're taking part in the Angela Rippon Dance Challenge 2026!Launching in 2026, the Angela Rippon Dance Challenge is a brand-new national fundraising event celebrating dance, participation and community. Led by Angela Rippon and delivered by All England Dance, the challenge invites adult dance groups from across the UK to perform, fundraise and support the next generation of dancers.
Groups will take part in the AED National Finals in Eastbourne in August 2026. All funds raised help expand scholarships, workshops and access to dance opportunities for young people nationwide.
The Silver Steppers have entered their winning ‘Benjamin Calypso’ Dance and are heading to the finals on 2nd August! Please help them to support the dancers of the future by donating to their fundraising efforts. |

Last chance to sign up for the 2026 Chichester Gala!We’re delighted to be taking part in the Chichester Gala on Saturday 27th June (next week!) at Priory Park and we’d love as many dancers as possible to join us for this fantastic community event! This is your last chance to sign up - we'd love to see you! Everyone is welcome to take part, the more the merrier! This is a fun and relaxed performance opportunity, all about dancing together and enjoying the experience. Sarah will be dancing at the front, so there’s no need to worry about remembering every detail. Rehearsal will take place in Priory Park at 10am followed by a performance from 11am to 11:20am - the first of the day! Please make sure you wear black bottoms and either a black or royal blue (Sarah Moore Dance colour!) top. We’ll have a mixture of both colours across the group, so either is fine. Performance Line-Up Starlight Express Megamix – All dancers (Grass) Razzle Dazzle – All dancers (Grass) River – Sarah’s Contemporary Class (Stage) Benjamin Calypso – Silver Steppers (Stage) I’m Better When I’m Dancing – Stage and Grass, including audience participation
The performance will take place on the main stage, with some dances performed on the grass area in front of the stage and others on the stage itself. Videos will be sent out in advance to help everyone rehearse at home and we’ll also have a rehearsal together on the morning of the performance, as mentioned above. Just 3 spots left for our trip to see "High Society"!Join us for the theatrical revival of the summer when we take our next London theatre trip to see "High Society" at the Barbican, starring Helen George and Felicity Kendal, on Tuesday 7th July 2026. Full information about the running order for the day can be found at the link below. Please note: if you have a Tuesday class on this date, you will not be charged for class that day if you book on to the trip. We have tickets at two different price bands
