Hello beautiful community,

What a month. Here is your monthly recap.

We had a lovely quarterly gathering with art-making, yummy food from Pinky's, information and connection. Big thank you to Carmen and Humblebee Collective for hosting us!

At the gathering i shared a presentation. Here are the slides if you missed it, or if you'd like to look again. May 2026 Quarterly Gathering Slide Deck

WhatsApp Community Summary:

A postpartum support collaboration is brewing. Emily Parks opened a beautiful conversation earlier this month with a question: who wants to co-create a workshop supporting postpartum moms and their partners? What came back was a flood of ideas from several of you. If this collaboration is calling to you, reach out to Emily Parks or join the dedicated collab chat.

An honest conversation about our core principles. Early June brought a tender thread when Blake Suzelis shared that their name had appeared on a list tied to a conservative church community he left over six years ago. Blake took the moment to clearly name his values: love, autonomy, healing, human dignity, and full support for LGBTQ+ individuals. What followed was a genuine conversation about our place in this dialogue.

The thread settled around radical acceptance and curiosity as a practice, not just a principle. We're exploring a co-written piece for those who want their voice on the record. If that's you, reach out.

To catch up more thoroughly, i urge you to scroll back in the whatsapp chat and review some of the heartfelt shares.

And lastly, Drum roll please: your custom member dashboard is live. This is a much cleaner interface without the clutter of before.

From now on, log in at https://ncwhealingarts.com/account/. Same email and password. After you're successfully logged in, remember to update your bookmarks!

Reach out if there's anything you need, whether it's getting your profile live, writing a post, finding a collaborator or honing in on a community offering. We got you!

With love,

Alicia
