House Bill 957: Relates to requirements for the physical presence of a borrower for signing certain documents related to a home equity loan.
Senate Bill 1059: Relates to the presumption of validity for an advance directive and permissible forms of a medical power of attorney.
House Bill 1976: Relates to the establishment of a program for the issuance of digital identification
