Job Title: Personal Trainer / Sales
Location: BODY TIME / Business Bay Silver Tower Office 1810
Salary: 8,000 AED to 12,000 AED
*The basic salary depends on candidate performance and can also be 8,000 AED and above. The job description below includes options for 3,000 AED, 4,000 AED, and 5,000 AED basic salaries.
Working Time: 6 days a week, 8 hours plus a 1-hour break. Total attendance time is 9 hours.
Working Shifts: 8 am to 5 pm (Morning Shift) / 1 pm to 10 pm (Evening Shift).
Attendance Tracking: Finger scan attendance at our reception is mandatory for proof of attendance! Note: The working time for the basic salary is calculated based on the attendance report, and the employee is responsible for proper check-in and check-out.
Job Description:
As a Personal Trainer at BODY TIME, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and meeting monthly targets. Your responsibilities will include reaching out to potential clients, demonstrating strong communication, convincing, and motivational skills to invite them for a free session in EMS Personal Training, Cryo, or EMSculpt.
As a Personal Trainer at BODY TIME, you are expected to effectively promote and sell your services to potential customers from our inquiry database.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Target Achievement: Achieve a monthly sales target of 25,000 AED, with an initial target of 6,000 AED in the first week.
Target Achievement Extension: In case the initial target is not met in the first week, with a maximum extension of 2 weeks, we may offer a commission-based model until performance improvements are demonstrated.
Salary Structure:
Option 1: 3,000 AED Basic Salary + 5% Commission on achieving a sales target of 15,000 AED
Option 2: 4,000 AED Basic Salary + 5% Commission on achieving a sales target of 20,000 AED
Option 3: 5,000 AED Basic Salary + 5% Commission on achieving a sales target of 25,000 AED
Performance-Based Transition: If the initial target of 6,000 AED in the first week or 12,000 AED in two weeks cannot be met, transitioning to a freelance-based commission model may be considered until performance benchmarks are reached to start receiving a basic salary.
