I hope this message finds you well. I want to extend a warm welcome to you as you embark on your journey with BODY TIME.
We are excited to have you as a part of our team and are committed to providing you with all the necessary support and resources to succeed in your new role.
During your onboarding process, we aim to ensure a smooth transition into your position as a Call Agent, PT or Sales Representative. Below, you will find an outline of the onboarding process and the key expectations for your probationary period.

In your initial training phase, we expect you to complete at least one booking within the first two hours.
Continued Training (8 Hours - 200 Calls):
Following your initial training, you will be tasked with making 200 calls within an 8-hour shift, demonstrating a commitment to speed and efficiency.
This phase includes:
a.) Achieving a minimum of 10 bookings (Your Result).
b.) Ensuring a show-up rate of at least 50% for follow-up appointments.
c. Booking all available services whenever possible.
Sales Result:
You will be expected to meet specific sales targets, including:

Our goal is to provide you with the tools and support needed to excel in your role.
Please remember that this probationary period is a two-way street. It allows both you and the company to assess whether this role is the right fit. You will have regular check-ins with your supervisor to discuss your progress, address any questions or concerns, and provide additional training or guidance as necessary.
We believe in open communication, continuous improvement, and mutual respect. If you ever have questions, need clarification, or wish to discuss your progress, please do not hesitate to reach out to your supervisor or the HR department.
