Dear Members,

We are thrilled to announce that newsletters and weekly updates via email are returning to keep you informed on all the happenings at the club! Our newsletters will provide important information on upcoming events, club changes, and more. Some key changes will include changes to the Grille Room. Here’s a quick look at what’s happening this October at River Bend Golf & Country Club:

Club Updates:

• Reduced Trail Fee Membership: We’ve lowered the trail fee to just $130/month for all members. Enjoy more rounds of golf at a lower rate!

Events and Tournaments:

• Club Championship – October 12th & 13th: The competition is heating up! Be sure to join us for one of the most anticipated events of the year. Sign up in the pro shop if you haven’t already!

  • This features 36 holes of competition with pairings playing 18 holes each Saturday and Sunday.

  • Entry fee of $49 per player and begins @ 9:00am Oct. 12th

  • Sign-up Deadline October 5th

  • Please contact the Pro Shop for additional questions about the format or rules of play.

• River Bend Golf & Country Club at MumFest! – October 12

  • We are thrilled to announce that River Bend Golf & Country Club will be participating in MumFest this year! To make this event even more special, we’re collecting prize donations such as toys, prizes, and games, your generosity will help bring joy and smiles to the children at MumFest!

  • Donation Drop-Off: Please bring your donations to the Pro Shop or contact us at 252-494-9191 for more details. Every contribution makes a difference!

• Craft Fair & Flea Market – October 19:

  • Join us as a vendor and reserve your space at River Bend Golf & Country Club Craft and Flea Market. Or join us as a guest to check out the crafts & offerings!

• John Nastasi Tournament & Buffet – October 21:

  • We will be hosting the Carolina Seniors this day for a golf tournament.

• Halloween Party – October 26: Get ready for a spooky celebration at the club! Join us for a night of fun, costumes, and treats.

  • We are looking for volunteers to make this a memorable night! We are looking to feature a craft room, a haunted trail, a haunted barn, and a hayride.
