Muskegon Polish Festival returns to Muskegon’s Hackley Park on Labor Day weekend. Celebrate the community's treasured Polish culture with others on Friday and Saturday, September 4 and 5, from 11:30am-10:00pm each day. This lively festival is packed with Polish vendors, food, drinks, kids' activities, live music and dancing and more! Admission for military, first responders and anyone under 21 is free and just $10 for others who are 21 and older.

The Found Cottage hosts the Mercantile Market September 4 and 5 at the Ottawa County fairgrounds in Holland. Over 140 unique and creative vendors present one-of-a-kind products to purchase. Everyone is sure to find something they love at this market!

Silver Lake Sand Dunes hosts the annual Apple & BBQ Festival on September 11 and 12 at Golden Township Park. Aside from the mouthwatering BBQ provided by the many food truck vendors, the whole family can enjoy this festival with a craft show, scenic 5K race, apple pie contest, classic auto & ORV show, live entertainment, favorite beer and wines, free kids' activities, axe throwing and so much more! 

Michigan’s Irish Music Festival is back! Visit Heritage Landing starting Thursday, September 17 through Sunday, September 20 for a lively celebration of Irish culture. The festival includes 6 stages of live music, traditional dance, and cultural entertainment. The Oktoberfest Grand Rapids annual event features German beers, wine, food, games, live music and Alphorns. Head to Riverside Park in Grand Rapids to visit the festival and all it has to offer on Friday, September 25 from 3pm-10pm, or on Saturday, September 26 from 12pm-10pm. Free to attend and all ages are welcome! Proceeds from the festival benefit the Edelweiss Club of Grand Rapids.

A note from your concierge

This September is going to look a little different in our house as our family gets ready to grow by one! I'm looking forward to all the excitement (and, admittedly, the extra coffee) that comes with welcoming another baby.

It's also a pretty good reminder of why I love what I do. Life has a funny way of filling up quickly, and sometimes it's the little things—finding the right service, researching an option, making a reservation, tracking down a resource, or simply taking one more task off your list—that can make a busy season feel a little more manageable. As our family prepares for another big transition, I'm especially grateful for the people and services that help make everyday life run a little smoother. And that's exactly what I love being able to do for our members: take something off your plate so you have more time for the people and things that matter most.
