Rosalind Smith is a Licensed Professional Counselor, LPCC-S, and healthcare burnout prevention specialist based in the Cincinnati area. She partners with healthcare organizations to address emotional load, compassion fatigue, and workforce burnout through structured, evidence-informed training experiences. Throughout her professional work, she has designed and facilitated workshops, multi-session cohort programs, and retreat experiences across community and faith-based settings.

“My experience includes: Leading structured healing cohorts through my From Forgiveness to Healing program. Facilitating couples retreats focused on relational health and emotional regulation. Serving as a main facilitator for Divorce & Beyond seminars. Delivering workforce wellness training through the Community Action Agency. Presenting nationally to over 500 participants through the National Institute of Corrections, where strong engagement led to expanded session capacity and positive participant feedback.

My training focus areas include: Managing emotional load in high-stakes environments. Preventing compassion fatigue and secondary trauma. Strengthening psychological safety and team communication. Supporting sustainable workforce resilience and retention In addition to corporate and healthcare team trainings, I lead community-based EmpowerHER events and maternal mental health education initiatives designed to increase access to practical emotional wellness tools. I bring clinical depth and practical application to every engagement, equipping teams with actionable strategies that support morale, performance, and long-term emotional sustainability.” – Rosalind Smith
