Happy Spring!! and Costa Rica Update
This season of renewal gives us a chance for new beginnings, reaching out and connecting with nature, with life, with you. So much gratitude I feel, when I think of the life within us and all around us, in each moment, in each magical moment, truly miraculous when we contemplate all required and gifted for another breath, another heartbeat…
I recently returned to Arizona from a short visit in Costa Rica, seven years after the passing of my husband there. My daughter’s idea: “It’s about time” she said and made all the plans.
We were welcomed with open arms, to stay with friends and visit the new owners of the property and home where I lived for 15 years. Now called Tierra Encantada, it's a fabulous retreat center complete with spa, teepee, infinity pool, space for yoga, dancing and concerts, eco boutique casitas, solar energy, organic gardens, restaurant and alternative clinic! All we had envisioned and more!
While I was building my new life here in Arizona over the past five years, several friends had persevered in the coastal village of Nosara, creating new businesses, homes and expanding communities. And some had left, selling with the swell in real estate and shifting priorities for family, health, and calling…
It was heartwarming to hear friends in Costa Rica recall how they had benefited from my healing work and from the Attunement process. And I’m already invited back to provide an Attunement program for another top resort next year!
I felt the soft sand beneath my bare feet, as I walked along a jungle trail and paused at the small cemetery, in gratitude for my time there with Erik, before continuing on to dip in the ocean.
Now back home I am watching blossoms give way to green leaves as plums, and peaches and nectarines begin to form. I endeavor to remain young at heart, to keep an open mind and resilient body. Dancing, breathing, meditating, gathering with friends and family. Always soul-searching, sharing live programs when invited, using energy healing for myself and remotely as requested.
In these times of uncertainty, many are feeling loss, disappointment, fear, frustration and stress. I have recently felt motivated to make my services more available, to help restore inner ease so we can be that peace, that kindness we wish to see in the world. Two beta groups helped me test out how they could evolve on their own with my Attunement process as I supported with remote healing. Angels appeared to encourage me as I ventured into zoom calls, sharing my best tips and magical moments as further inspiration.
Participants experienced profound results, including: a lifetime of anxiety dissolving, feeling sustained with inner radiance while resuming a life alone, seeing progress organizing and letting go of excess, accepting self-forgiveness, and noticing energy “over the top” when fatigue had been main concern,
