Thank you for attending HYU Community Engagement Day. Due to your attendance we were able to create a plan of action to best engage you as a HYU member & a community member. Here's what you recommended we do this year:

1. Have a social presence & promote spiritual principles

   - Create social campaign for different demographics

2. Remind all of the benefits of practices & having more spiritual principles for self & future generation.

   - bring in younger generation.

3. Engage local community with door to door communication.

   - Post up outside & interact in the community with music.

   - Have consistent engagement days or/& events monthly.

   - Have flyer & info ready consider

   - send community letters, prayers, meditations via post office

4. Get a space for HYU

5. Create an questionnaire that engages current members & invites them to participate in current services, programs, projects.

   - build personal relationship & interactions with members

6. Have consistent services & programs

7. Use a digital platform that everyone is familiar with

8. Add genealogy to self study journey

9. Use a formula: Offer something free (i.e classes, gifts, etc), entertainment, food
