Ipswich’s First Dog-Friendly Pub Trail – Earn Prizes with Your Pooch!
Dog owners in Ipswich can now enjoy a brand-new pub and bar trail designed especially for them and their furry friends! The Dog-Friendly Drinks Trail features eight welcoming venues, where participants can sip, stamp, and earn prizes – including a stylish dog bandana showcasing Ipswich’s iconic landmarks. Running alongside this is a Historic Ipswich Trail, covering 15 pubs and bars. Complete either trail by purchasing a drink at each venue to claim exciting rewards like an enamel pin badge or an eco-friendly reusable coffee cup featuring Wolsey’s Gate. Ipswich Borough Council and Ipswich Central have teamed up to boost local businesses and offer a fun, social way to explore the town. But be quick – prizes are limited!

Caravan Stolen in Great Barton While Owner Went for a Walk
A caravan was stolen in broad daylight from Great Barton while its owner was out for a short walk. The theft, which took place near Bury St Edmunds, has left the owner shocked and police are now investigating. Officers are appealing for witnesses, CCTV, or dashcam footage that may help trace the caravan and those responsible. Anyone with information is urged to come forward.
