📊 Christmas Came Early at Bridge We’re excited to officially announce our partnership with Kinvent!
Our facility is now fully outfitted with their technology, allowing us to track metrics more precisely and give you clearer insights into your progress over time. This means better data, better decisions, and better outcomes — all while keeping things practical and athlete-focused. We put our influencer skills to the test with this snazzy announcement post. Kind of impressed ourselves to be honest.

Community and Celebrations 🤗 St. Kevin Parish Festival As you may remember, we reached out a few weeks ago looking for different community events to participate in. Well we hit the ground running with the St. Kevin Parish Festival! I know, ANOTHER instagram post being included in the newsletter, but this video does a much better job of describing it than I ever would.

Bridge Holiday Party 🎄 Our holiday party was a chance to celebrate an incredible year at Bridge and spend time together outside of the gym. It's all about appreciating the people behind the work and the culture we’ve been building all year long. Smiley couldn’t make it and was definitely missed, but the rest of the team came ready to celebrate. We went the hibachi route, which quickly turned into an experience of its own. Between the food, the laughs, and a chef who came fully prepared to have just as much fun as we did (if not more), we all had a great time. Let’s just say everyone left well-fed and very soaked in sake. It was a perfect way to wrap up 2025 and head into the new year feeling grateful, connected, and excited for what’s ahead.

📚 A Bridge FirstDecember also marked the end of Matt Tyson’s clinical rotation with us. We’re incredibly grateful for the energy, curiosity, and thoughtfulness he brought to Bridge. Before heading out, Matt left us with a special gift and, in doing so, set a new expectation for future students. Bridge’s first-ever student-written blog post 🙌 It's about how ACL's have the potential to heal on their own without surgery and it even has a few jokes, Give it a read by clicking the link above! Thanks Matt!

🤝 Supporting Our PeopleMaddox Enriquez, a long time client and previous Bridge employee, recently launched their own business called StackHaus Peptides and we’re excited to support him! We know peptides have been all the rage recently and we have plenty of patients using them to help them recover from injuries. Unfortunately, with all that hype came some pretty high prices so we want to help you avoid the wild markups while supporting Maddox and his business endeavors. We’re happy to help our community get access to fair pricing when it comes to recovery and performance tools. Here's a quick explanation from Maddox:
"StackHaus Peptides curates research-grade peptide compounds used in performance and recovery science. Our catalog includes compounds commonly used for muscle recovery signaling, connective tissue remodeling, mitochondrial energy pathways, and metabolic efficiency. Every product is sourced from a verified U.S. laboratory, independently batch tested for 99% purity, and backed by our transparent Certificates of Analysis. For athletes, coaches, and performance professionals interested in how training adaptation, recovery capacity, and cellular performance can reach their peak potential, StackHaus exists to support informed, science-driven exploration. Precision matters at every level of performance. So does what you build it with. Build Your Stack." email: info@stackhauspeptides.com website: www.stackhauslabs.com/home phone: (305) 458-4150 instagram: @stackhauspeptides
If you are currently interested in peptides or are already taking them, we suggest that you inquire with Maddox and StackHaus Peptides so that you can save some money.

Team Meetings… but Make it Golf ⛳ Some of our team meetings took a slight detour to the golf course this month. Same conversations, same planning, just with better weather and worse swings. Highly recommend.

We hope you enjoyed the newsletter! If you’re dealing with anything, hopefully you know where to find us (at the end of the street in the warehouse with not so great parking). We also hope that you think of us if you know someone who could use our help. We'll make sure they are more than satisfied with your referral.
