"Wisdom begins in wonder." – Socrates
In the agentic AI era, the only limit is your imagination. Set massive, audacious, unrealistic goals. Unleash the power of AI to help you achieve them faster.
I just got back from the EO Global Leadership Conference in Dublin, Ireland. 2,000 entrepreneurs gathered together from every corner of the world.
The opening speaker, Hariss III, talked about Wow vs How.
He wowed us with a magic trick. Then audience of course wanted to know how he did it.
People have told me my AI workshops feel like a magic show. Except after demonstrating the trick, I teach the audience how to do it themselves.
I deliver the wow, then I teach the how.
The Information Age was about the how. The Imagination Age, the one we are living in right now, is about the wow. With agentic AI, your imagination is the only ceiling. What will you build?
Here is the truth most people miss: Wow without how is pure entertainment. How without wow feels like soulless busywork. You need both. The founders who win the next decade are the ones who can hold the wow long enough to learn the how, then keep the wow alive after they have it.
Another speaker, Dr. Ben Hardy, talked about setting goals so big they scare you and feel unreachable. This forces you to think differently and eliminate linear options. This is the key to non-linear scaling.
Here's your next move:
Set one goal so big the math doesn't work today. If your current playbook can reach the goal, the goal is too small. Hand that goal to your AI agents and let them propose ideas you would never have thought of yourself.
Audit your last 30 days. Where did you say "I don't have time"? Those sentences are your AI handoffs. Pick the top one and delegate it this week, not next quarter.
Stop hoarding the wow. If a tool stopped you in your tracks, teach it to one person on your team in the next 7 days. The how spreads when you share it.
The A.I. Receptionist Play:
Problem: A "futurist" at a recent conference previewed voice AI like it is "coming soon." It's here right now. The longer you wait, the more revenue leaks out the bottom of your phone system.
❌ Hire another receptionist who can work 40 hours a week
✅ AI voice agent that answers in under 5 seconds, 24/7, never sick, never on lunch
System: Hand off the calls you keep missing to an AI voice agent that already knows your top FAQs and your one escalation rule.

Did you know? The average small business misses about two-thirds of incoming calls. Missed calls cost a small business roughly $126,000 a year on average. 85% of callers who don't reach someone won't call back. The top AI receptionists in production now resolve 90 to 95% of calls without a human and answer in under five seconds.
This is not the future. The futurist was late. You don't have to be.
Note: Voice AI is the cleanest example of AI replacing the task, not the person. Your team gets their day back. Your callers get an answer. Your revenue stops leaking.
Another thing the opening speaker said that really stuck with me: Awesome and awful share the same root word. Awe.
Whenever there is a technological revolution, it is both awesome and awful at the same time.
As evidenced by a recent death wish I received–plus multiple attacks on OpenAI founder Sam Altman's house–too many people feel AI is awful. Justin and I unpack this on the latest episode of King Moves podcast, "Ethan Got a Death Wish for Teaching You This | Ep. 127"

I did a keynote in Key West. A sweet older woman in the elevator asked what I do. The second I said "AI," her face went cold. She stopped talking to me. In the same week, someone threw a Molotov cocktail at Sam Altman's house and shots were fired at it in a separate incident.
AI has become the rorschach test of our time. People see a mirror and decide whether to break it or look in it.
Stop playing life on hard mode. Automate your success.
Until next time,
Ethan King

P.S. I've been building voice AI receptionists for clients for years. Maybe I should rebrand as a futurist and start booking more rooms, since I actually do tell people what's coming and I've been right so far. Some of what I'm running right now (looking at you, OpenClaw) most people don't even know exists yet.
P.P.S. I'm running my next OpenClaw class this Wednesday and Thursday, April 22 and 23. If you want to see how I'm running secure, autonomous AI agents in production (the stuff most people don't know exists yet), this is the room. Waitlist and details: youropenclawstrategy.com 👈
