Outreach Joins Customer Service
Canada VRS has officially merged its Outreach and Customer Service teams to create one unified department under the leadership of Director David Egan. Wissam Constantin leads the daily operations as Manager of Customer Service and Outreach.
This strategic alignment strengthens our ability to deliver support, education, and technical assistance more efficiently, making it easier for VRS users to get the support they need.
