As we head into November, we have several exciting events and important reminders to share!

🍂 Fall Photo Contest — Entries Due October 31

Show us Lakewood Park through your eyes! From landscapes and campus beauty to sporting events, student life, selfies, and close-ups, we want to see your favorite photos.

The contest is open to all students, alumni, staff, and parents, with two categories: Student and Alumni/Staff/Parent. Submit up to three photos taken in 2026. Each participant may win only one prize.

Prizes in each category:

🥇 First Place: $50 Amazon Gift Card
🥈 Second Place: $25 Amazon Gift Card
🥉 Third Place: $10 Amazon Gift Card

Email your photos to marketing@lakewoodpark.org by October 31 at 11:59 PM. We look forward to seeing your creativity!

🇺🇸 Veterans Day Program: November 11

We warmly invite veterans and active service members in your child’s life to join us for a special morning of tribute at our school. On November 11, we will host a breakfast and assembly for these special guests and their students.

If a veteran or active service member in your family can attend, please complete the form below by November 3. We look forward to honoring those who have served and continue to serve our country.

📚 Book Fair & Fortify Coin Drive

Our Book Fair begins Monday! We’re excited to help students discover their next favorite read.

There is also just one day left in our Fortify Coin Drive Fundraiser. Thank you for your generosity and support!

🍎 Parent-Teacher Conferences

Conferences offer a valuable opportunity to connect with your child’s teachers and discuss their progress.

Please be sure to sign up for a conference time using the appropriate teacher or principal link if you haven’t already done so. All middle school & high school teachers' sign-up links can be found in the Family Newsletter on the Panther Parent Hub.
