Greetings, Lakewood Park Family!

As we head into our final week of school, I just want to take a moment to say thank you for an incredible year together.

What a blessing this school year has been. Our students, teachers, staff, and families have all worked hard, grown together, and given their very best. And if we’re all feeling a little tired right now, that’s okay. It means we poured ourselves fully into the year and left it all on the field.

Recently, I attended one of our track meets and watched students sprint toward the finish line. Whether they were running the 100 meters or the 3200, every athlete stretched forward with determination to finish strong. It reminded me so much of our school theme this year: Celebrate the Harvest.

Our theme verse from Galatians 6:9 says:

“Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.”

As we enter this final week, let’s continue to encourage our students to finish well, stay focused, and celebrate all that God has done this year.

And once Friday afternoon arrives, we may all need a little extra rest! But not for too long, because before we know it, we’ll be preparing for another exciting year ahead as we begin our new theme: Building Up.

Thank you again for your partnership, support, and prayers throughout this school year. It is a joy to walk alongside your family.
