What was your 1st CrossFit workout?
I don’t know if my first workout was Fran. I know it was one of my first ones that I remember. My thought was what did I get myself into. It was 10 min of what the heck. I also learned that Fran lung is definitely real.
In what ways has CrossFit changed your life?
Try and go outside your comfort zone. You are going to be out of your comfort zone a lot in the gym. I think life begins outside of your comfort zone.
Favorite workout/movement?
My favorite movement is the clean. I I just like it. I am not very good at it. Hey everything is a work in progress.
Least favorite workout/movement?
I hate the snatch. I can’t get into those positions. It’s a lot of moving parts that need to be moving together and I have a hard time with that.
Any advice you would give to the newbies?
Anyone just starting out just go. Coaches are awesome and they will help you with everything. Once you start it’s hard to stop.
