The Shadow Theme Around The US
I am finally back in Denver after traveling for three months to different places around the US.
My guides pushed me this year to get out of my comfort zone and face my fears, and one of them was traveling alone and being visible.
As I started in Raleigh, I saw so many women in transition—awakening to the curiosity of a new self-identity and completing an old way of being that no longer resonated. There were so many women waking up to this place of, “I am done. I am ready for something new.”
As I traveled to Chicago, I started to see how the women there were saying the same thing—albeit much more guarded. In Raleigh, the women were coming in droves, ready for shedding and release, while the women in Chicago were more guarded at first. But as I started to peel back the layers, a new sense of curiosity began to emerge. They started questioning what they had been managing and carrying up to this point.
There were so many masculine-energy powerhouses there who realized how tired they were… how they didn’t want to do it alone anymore… and they became curious about what this place of the Divine Feminine actually meant. Many of these women had been failed, rejected, or not shown up for so long that it became an innate ability to just do everything on their own.
They stopped asking for more.
Then this last trip took me to a much smaller venue—Cincinnati, OH.
Once again, I saw this same trend of women being done with the status quo, doing everything alone, and not having reliable people showing up to give them the space to choose something different. These women haven’t had the time or the capacity to even think about filling their own cups—or what that cup even looks like.
The biggest themes that came up at this show were:
✨ Rejection wounds from childhood — not feeling seen, nurtured, or validated
✨ Being failed in moments that needed protection — and learning to do it all alone
✨ Women disconnected from their identity, their playfulness, their divine feminine
✨ The exhaustion of caretaking, overgiving, and self-sacrifice
✨ And a deep desire for something new… equal partnership, support, and space to breathe
I saw so many commonalities across women in all three locations.
My guides started to show me how women have picked up the baton of holding the masculine energy—doing, pushing, creating, managing, planning—while many men have shifted into more of the feminine energy. There is a large imbalance, with women carrying the load but not asking for support from their soul partners… just accepting it as the norm.
I did a lot of energetic work where we transferred those masculine “plugs” back to their soul partners, and supported women in reclaiming their Divine Feminine cord—awakening their femininity, playfulness, and self-priority.
So many women asked me:
“What does that even look like? I don’t even know how to be that.”
And the truth is—it starts in small ways.
Baby steps.
Simple acts like:
It’s about being able to look in the mirror and smile at yourself… and feel a connection to your own beauty.
Every single woman I asked—across all three states—if they had ever truly looked at themselves in the mirror and felt that connection…
They all said no.
Every single one.
That says something.
I also saw so many energetic components within the physical body that were connected to past life scenarios.
Keep in mind—past life imprints can create repetitive physical issues across lifetimes until they are addressed.
As I worked on the shadow beneath the physical impairments, the inflammation in the body literally dropped during sessions. The women were amazed at how much difference they could physically see and feel.
As a reminder—when the body holds stuck energy, it can respond by inflating or retaining water as a protective mechanism. The body believes it is being harmed, so it creates a barrier.
When we release that stored energy…we release the hold…and the body begins to settle.
Below are a couple of examples where you can clearly see this transformation.
A woman whose arms were still holding trauma from past lifetimes in her elbows. One elbow, I saw an arrow go through the bone and damage all the veins. The other elbow, I saw a musket ball the size of a palm go through her elbow, and I saw how she almost lost her arm in that lifetime. When I did healing on both arms, her response: "That is the first time I feel tingling and vibration in those arms in a really long time."
Another whose jaw had been energetically “wired shut”. In this lifetime, someone had wired her mouth shut with metal, and the metal was sticking out of her mouth, anchoring across both sides of the jaw. The shadow in that past life was someone trying to silence her and stop her from speaking, putting and using her voice. This was very much bleeding into her current adult life. When I removed the metal from the jaw and did some golden light activation. I asked her to wiggle her jaw and let me know what she felt. Her response was "OMG I don't heart the clicking noise anymore, and I had that all the time."
A client whose body had been holding so much protection in her chest and throat… that there was barely space to self-connect. She had so much grief, rejection, and failure in her childhood that her heart chakra was completely shut down. She had an extremely stiff chest and diaphragm and could not take deep breaths at all. Her neck also hit the top of her chest so she did not have any gaps between her neck and chest, it just all blended together. We worked on releasing all the trauma from her throat chakra around not being heard and her voice being taken away, and in the heart chakra, working on rejection and failure. The result was immediate. All the inflammation in her throat and chest dropped, I mean, it got slimmer, and a good 2-4 inches were now clear between her throat and neck. She had a massive gap and could feel the airflow. She was dumbfounded that she could literally put a hand between her throat and heart. Goes to show you just how much the body inflammation can drop when you work beneath the surface!
And then there’s the part that hits even deeper…women started explaining...
Procrastination. I am stuck in procrastination.
So many people think procrastination is laziness.
It’s not.
👉 It’s protection.
👉 It’s fear of being seen.
👉 It’s fear of failure… or even success.
👉 It’s the nervous system saying: “It’s not safe yet.”
So we wait.
We delay.
We stay in patterns that feel familiar… even when they no longer serve us.
And slowly…
Time passes.
Opportunities pass.
The version of you that’s ready to emerge… waits.
But here’s the truth:
✨ You’re not stuck.
✨ You’re protecting something that hasn’t felt safe to release yet.
And once you see it…
You can choose differently.
This is the work I do.

Please don't wait to choose yourself later. The energy right now is about survival. I feel like we are all going through this tunnel, and we can't see to the left, we can't see to the right, forward is just dark, and we are taking one step forward at a time. This year, which should have been a new beginning, has been slow to start, but this is when we need to keep ourselves in the most open and calm state we can. You can still have revelations and clarity in place of darkness if your grounded and clear enough physically, mentally, and emotionally.
