A Message From Spirit YodayelleWelcome to this new space of creation! This is not a re-birth but an evolution to where you have come from. Last year we made great strides to show you what no longer served you, we know there were many times of upheavals and trials that pushed you to the limit but we needed you to see what was meant to see. We purposefully ended the ties which we knew was no good for you anymore. These were not losses, just completions to what was not in alignment for you anymore. There is more for you to do and to bring forth to this planet and to your work. We want you to reconnect to the purpose behind what you do and connect to us so we can help. It is not about the one anymore but the collective. Success, joy, abundance, ease, we want all that for you as you are deserving of it so why not let us help you arrive at this place. This is not a time to do things alone! It is time to awaken to your purpose, go to the depths to understand where you walk forth. Be purposeful in your decisions and actions, not haste through them as you may miss the message we send. This is a time to expand into unknow territories, reach past your comfort zone. Do not question how it shows up or where the solutions come from, just know we will send them upon the timing of each. Celebrate the small victories and be grateful for the lessons that came through as with each ending and shadow there were breakthroughs that came and will come. Take time to understand your foundation this year, ask for guidance on where to be of service and we will answer the call. Know it is a forward progression this year but do not stop in your endeavors to heal, to cleanse, to heal the space you live in. All is important in opening the foundation of who you are to become next. In light, love, and healing we hold each of you in protection and celebration. Shed 2025 Fire Up 2026This past year was a doozy for everyone, myself included. It was the first time in my practice I have ever had to justle, I think that was a big theme as I talked to a lot of my clients. It was a year of just maintaining the status quo but it was also a year of so many shedding, transitions, completions, passings, job losses, and circle of tribe completions. It wasn't an easy year but it is worth reflecting that it was the death of the old chapter, the last part of ourselves in this last evolution of the last 10 years. The Spirit Guides brought forth the hardest of lessons because they needed us to finally be aware of them, be aware that change is needed and that story has no place to evolve anymore. So take the time to take stock of these last 10 years. Something I did in my Transformational Sound Healing classes was had my students write down the last big anchors they dealt with these last 10 years, ones that were hard to break and were the big boulders we dealt with. I then burnt all of them at the end of the year to release the chords of these karmic shadows, because our struggles are jut that. They are the karmic shadows that come forth in our reality so we can pull the thread to see the karmic lesson underneath, what we are meant to see so the acknowledgement can finally complete the deepest of the shadow connection. When we become "aware" of a karmic shadow, it becomes easier to deal with and things do not trigger us as much anymore. It is easier to have clarity of our struggles versus them taking a hold over us and causing mental paralysis or emotional reactions. We are still going through the end of 2025 transitions, the new flow of energy does not kick in until end of January/February so you might still feel some stagnation, burnt out, lack of inspiration, and brain fog. Don't judge any lack of progress, it still is a time of stillness and reflection. The Fire Horse Chinese astrology does not kick in till 2/7-2/14 so take time to recharge, audit your last year, and clear out the cobwebs from last year. This is a good time to: Make a list of what worked and what didn't Journal what last year brought up Make a list of how you want to go BIG this year, this is something I am doing with my clients Wait to create your vision board till February or March when the new energy kicks in, focus on letting go and clearing till then ----> See my 2026 Shadow Workshop Below! Have a conversation with your Higher Self and Spirit Guides, be honest. Say what did not work and where you need them to step in this year and help. They cannot help if you do not ask Commit to an energy healing, yoga, meditation, sound healing, or breathwork practice this year. Your body needs this type of movement and release. If you are not good at self-care and dedicating time to move stagnant energy, then commit to support to help you keep moving the old energy out. This is a year of movement so it is important to keep dropping what's not working or what is stale.
Once the Fire Horse kicks in, it is full steam ahead. It is all about movement, moving forward, achievement, and forward progression. There are no restraints and barriers in place so there is a lot more energetic freedom to get to the places you want to be in. It will be a fast year but a good one! It is a #1 year as well so all about prosperity, abundance, and beginnings. Excerpt from Mystic Mama, the most important energetic considerations to keep in mind: "important matters are illuminated and mark the turning point in our understanding what is needed to establish a more supportive and reciprocal foundation for ourselves within our work and relationships". "Venus, Mars, Mercury and the Sun, will be opposite of Jupiter in Cancer" - so you might feel frazzled and wired this week. It is an intense energy! "be more intentional in our being and purposeful in our doing"
As she says, be present, take moment of each step and be purposeful in each of your actions versus rushing through and juggling too much at once. |

A Channeled Workshop To Build Your Foundation This Next 10 Years! I was sitting in Transformational Sound Healing class this month and as I was helping to release the last 10 big anchors of the last 10 years, my Spirit Guides said it is time to bring this workshop forth again. I asked them what they wanted me to accomplish and they stated: Help clear the big karmic shadow present to open the space up for development and foundation creation. You have to know what your karmic shadows are to help clear the anchors and threads to manifest the foundation.
