Close your eyes and imagine what you “really” want people to know about you and your business. Now decide what part of that you just imagined that they need to know about you and your business. Ahhh, now what can you do for them? How can you help them? What do you have that they need?

Crafting a standout business pitch starts with understanding your audience and tailoring your message to address their specific concerns and desires. Focus on highlighting the benefits and outcomes of your product or service, rather than just listing its features.

Practice delivering your pitch until you feel confident and comfortable. Pay attention to your tone, body language, and pacing to ensure you make a positive impression on your audience.

Did you know you can talk yourself into massive success?

Do you realize that we all have 35 self-talks per minute? That is 18,250,000 self-talks per year! Wow!

Can you even conceive how valuable it would be if you control that many self-talks in a year? Keep in mind some are said audibly, most are said to yourself. Your voice, however, is the loudest voice you'll ever hear.Your brain is a computer. A computer does not operate without commands. You type what you want it to do- and then executes. Your brain is the same, except it is controlled by your thoughts, instead of your keyboard.

Hence, why I am frequently heard saying Mind Your Mind.Can you imagine if even half of those 35 self-talk statements were about your talents,successes,or even body positivity,what your life would be like?

Your life and business would increase exponentially! It wouldn't even resemble what it does today. This message for you today is to remember your brain is always listening- so make good choices! I follow the teaching of Marisa Pier, Dr. Joe Dispenza and Wayne Dyer, and Abraham Hicks to name a few.

Recipe

Cucumber Salad

Here is your quick guide:

7 to 8 Cucumbers
2 Garlic Cloves
1 tsp  Sugar
1 ½ tbsp Rice wine vinegar
1 ½ tbsp  Sesame Oil
1 ½ tbsp  Soy Sauce
Seasoning of choice
Sesame Seeds
Salt To Taste

INSTRUCTIONS :

Slice cucumbers, salt and sit for 30 to 45 minutes
Drain cucumbers and rinse.

Mix in minced garlic, sugar, vinegar, sesame oil and soy sauce.
Add seasoning to taste
Sprinkle in sesame seeds
