Stay Motivated:

Recipe

BANANA BREAD

Ingredients:

3 Bananas well mashed

1 cup of sugar

2 eggs beaten

1/2 cup of vegetable oil

2 cups of flour (can use whole wheat)

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Add sugar, eggs & oil and mix well.

Sift dry ingredients together and add to the banana mixture.

Pour into a greased 5x9 pan and bake for 55-60 minutes.
