Achieving Success:

Meet Your Goals and Rewarding Yourself"

In the pursuit of our dreams and aspirations, setting goals is a crucial step toward success. However, the journey to achieving those goals can be challenging and requires dedication, perseverance, and a well-thought-out plan. I want to explore effective strategies on how to meet your goals and the importance of rewarding yourself along the way.

Define Clear and Achievable Goals:

Before embarking on your journey, it's essential to define clear and achievable goals. Break down larger objectives into smaller, manageable tasks. This not only makes the process less overwhelming but also allows you to track your progress more effectively.

Create a Strategic Plan:

Develop a strategic plan outlining the steps you need to take to reach your goals. Consider deadlines, milestones, and the resources required. A well-organized plan will serve as a roadmap, keeping you focused and motivated.

Stay Motivated:

Motivation plays a key role in goal achievement. Identify your sources of inspiration and revisit them regularly. Whether it's quotes, success stories, or visualizing the end result, staying motivated will help you overcome obstacles and keep moving forward.

Celebrate Small Wins:

Acknowledge and celebrate small achievements along the way. These victories are stepping stones to your larger goals and deserve recognition. Celebrating small wins boosts morale, reinforces positive habits, and keeps you motivated for the next steps.

Adjust and Adapt:

Be flexible and willing to adjust your plan as needed.

Unexpected challenges may arise, but adaptability is crucial for overcoming obstacles.

Learn from setbacks, reassess your approach, and continue working towards your goals.

Reward Yourself:

Recognize the importance of self-reward.

After reaching significant milestones or completing challenging tasks, treat yourself to something special.

Rewards can be a powerful motivator, providing a positive reinforcement that encourages you to persevere.

Meeting your goals is a journey that requires dedication, perseverance, and strategic planning. By setting clear goals, staying motivated, celebrating small wins, and rewarding yourself along the way, you can navigate the path to success more effectively. Remember, the key is to enjoy the process, learn from your experiences, and celebrate the achievements that bring you closer to your dreams.

Hello I am Dar Bassie-Cripps the sole proprietor of Dars Creative Cards. I am a child of God, Daughter, Sister, Spouse of 18 years, Step Mom, Dog Mom, an Aunt, Great-Aunt and finally your favorite Multi mixed media Artist.

Canadian born and raised mostly in beautiful Huntsville, Ontario. (Better known as Muskoka) But I was born in Newmarket, Ontario and spent a lot of time in the GTA. Abby and I have finally decided to really settle down back up here in Northern Ontario, though not in Huntsville which has been growing in leaps and bounds!

So in my opinion there is absolutely nothing wrong with sending anyone or any company a thank you gift even if it's just one of my custom made greeting cards. I craft each one individually and specifically just for you, to say Thank you.

My 13 years of self taught techniques, & and experience will make each and every card I craft shine and make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

My topic today is about Gifting Etiquette. In today’s raging world of modern business, being an entrepreneur is most definitely a tough job but for the female entrepreneur is no exception.

All of the cards I make are generally 5.50 x 4.25, all cards are also blank inside for you to write what you want. You will receive an envelope for each card, for ease of mailing. I spend a lot of time on these cards and know they are made from my heart. These details highlight the care and attention given to each ensuring a personalized and high quality product for you.

The idea here is to stand out in the crowd and be as “you”nique as you possibly can muster. So, why not send a gift? Whoever said you shouldn’t do this, or you shouldn’t do that when in reality you want to stand out. Back when I was looking for work; whenever I had an interview, I would send them an actual thank you letter with a 2 dollar Tim Horton gift card, just to stand out and I got the job offer every single time. Nine times out of ten the gift card was sent back to me unused. So, was this a bad thing? I think not, the worst thing that can happen is that you will either get a positive response or a negative response but know this, they will remember exactly who sent that gift card.

For the sake of the element of surprise, you get to choose the theme, for example birthday, anniversary, Valentine’s Day, Christmas etc and I get to create them for what I see and feel appropriate at the time, so yes, a bit of trust is here all in the name of hoping to stand out in the world. This allows me to further enhance my creativity. So send them one of my custom made greeting cards and give them a WOW experience! Trust me, it will be remembered and will most likely get you ahead in the selection process!!!
